Please take note that we will assist customers as follows:
- Walk-in clients : Not permitted
- Sales : Only via telephone, email, WhatsApp and website.
- Technical support: Telephone, email and WhatsApp assistance only. No face-to-face technical support at the office.
- Repairs: Please make a booking with the technical support team to arrange a specific date and time to drop/collect items for repairs. Clients should wear a mask and will only be allowed to drop off/ receive products.
- Delivery: Daily delivery schedule will be communicated to each person.
- Pick-up: Please make a booking with the sales team to arrange a specific date and time to collect items. Clients should wear a mask and will only be allowed to receive products. No technical support or sales are permitted at the office.
